Quick questions

Why should I have my boiler serviced?

It is recommended to keep your boiler in good health to lessen the likelihood of loss of heating and hot water, but also to help keep other dangers, like leaking toxic gasses, at bay. A boiler in good condition will also ensure you’re not wasting valuable energy and money.

How can I tell if my boiler has problems?

A failing boiler isn’t always easy to spot, but there are a few signs to look out for. The most common is the loss of hot water and/or central heating. Another indicator is the colour of your boiler’s flame: a healthy flame should be blue. If you have a yellow or orange flame, then your boiler definitely needs a health check.

When should I call a boiler engineer?

Boilers are crucial and complicated parts of your household, so it is best to take no chances. If you notice any of the issues mentioned above, or have any concerns about your boiler, give us a call. We have years of experience working with boilers, and we will always be able to advise you on the best course of action.

What is a Gas Safety Certificate?

If you own a property, it is your legal responsibility to ensure that all gas appliances are safe and working correctly at your properties. For any gas appliance, such as a central heating boiler, gas hob or gas fire, a Gas Safety Certificate is required.

A Gas Safety Certificate, in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, can only be issued by an engineer registered with the Gas Safe Register.

Why choose us for certification?

We offer highly competitive prices for gas certification across London. Unlike many other gas engineers in London, the prices for our certificates are fixed.

All of our engineers are Gas Safe Registered, and will provide you with a photo ID before installing, servicing or certifying your gas appliances. Our Gas Safe Registration number is 575745 – you can check us on the Gas Safe Register website.
